Kasut sekolah Sara hehe

27.1.2017
Alhamdulillah for blessing. Allah beri nikmat sakit, hujan, panas, dan sihat. 😊 syukur..

Now tht fever is gone but somehow the tummy and tastebud is still not-so-cooperative, i manage to resume to the major abandoned housechores - laundry. 😭😭😭 Dgn kasut2 skolah sara mama dah siap kapur tau. Haha. I'm capable liddat.
πŸ‘ŸπŸ‘Ÿ
So speaking of kasut sekolah, i have my personal thoughts abt them. Dulu masa mula2 nak beli kasut sara, i thot it's easier to buy kasut yang tak payah kapur; meaning yg material dia semua pvc (yg licin2 tu) yang ada elsa frozen bagai tu--but i was wrong! ❌πŸ™…Kasut mcm tu kalau kena kotor mak ai lagi kematu nak sental. And it takes forever to dry (esp in this ☔️☁️ season). πŸ’†πŸ»πŸ’†πŸ»So couple of days ago, we decided to buy another pair of shoes for Sara sbb as a back up la kalau 2 pasang kasut dia tu tak sempat kering. So belilah jenis jazz yang mmg all canvas. To our surprise, sara super loves πŸ’•πŸ’•her new shoes. Sampai 3 hari dia request nak pakai the same shoes. Tanak pulak pakai lagi 2 kasut tu. amboih. ❌❌ but somehow sorry la nak sbb the 2nd day kasut nye basah. And oh it dries faster yo! I super like it too. Haha over kan?? Plus it's super soft too. Rasa lembut je dikaki..that how i thot la hehe.
So, ok sekian kisah kasut sara.
Nanti will write about her baju skolah πŸ‘šbeg skolah πŸŽ’ buku πŸ“š bentou 🍱 pulak hehe.
Each of 'em has different stories.
But it is so special yet it deserves a special post. Hahaha.
Such a princess my little girl πŸ‘‘
πŸ’πŸ»

So i end with yesterday's photo masa eating kfc. Lama tak bawak diorang g kfc. It was so much fun seeing them  eating.

Breastfeeding Success Tips

Alhamdulillah, praise be to Allah. I have been breastfeeding Sara Hana for almost 2years. Well, less 1 day to 2 years because Sara's going to be 2 years old tomorrow. Hurrah!!

And wow, that was such a journey. I am quite surprise with myself. Yeah, you know with all the dedication, fighting all over for these past two years, and off course the endless support from the other half and the cooperation from my little ones. They make me who I am, a successful breastfeed mum. I am beyond happy!

Well when we talk about breastfeeding and such, many talks about tips, the do's and the don't and what not. I have few tips to be shared, but mind me. I am still a "junior" in breastfeeding "business". But ain't  experiences and knowledges sharing are priceless? =)

So to success in breastfeeding, we need

1. A constant support from surrounding, be it people, environment , workplace, etc.
2. Knowledge to dig. Use the technology, Google or Yahoo, just type breastfeeding tips and you will get pages of link. Easy huh?
3. To be and think positive. Always. Avoid anything that will lower your self esteem. Avoid any one who might have potential to bring down your motivation. Oh, easier said than done, is it? Well okay if we can avoid them completely, ignore them or don't bother about them. Period.
4. Eat well, drink very well.
5. Be happy. Do something that makes you happy.
6. Nurse frequently (direct feed) and pump constantly (be very discipline)
7. Don't regret and give up breastfeeding no matter what. Especially when you are facing the depletion of milk, keep on pumping and nursing. No harm. Sooner it will back to normal, insyaAllah.
8. Gotta love breastfeeding and the bonding between you and baby during direct feeding. Oh it is priceless!
9. Take supplement, especially calcium (for bones and teeth), b-complex (to reduce stress) and vitamin C (good for both mum and baby)
10. Read breastfeeding article and books. It helps to boost up  your confidence and knowledge in breastfeeding.

By the way, all the best in your breastfeeding journey, no matter who you are :)
